Without a moment to spare, the young lad whipped out his sword, and gave a nod to his stretchy companion. Finn's presence here is somewhat like a testing ground to see if such a crossover would be feasible, sort of like when Akuma appeared in X-Men: Children of the Atom and kick started the Marvel vs. Many fans one day hope for an all out crossover between CN and Nickelodeon, and I could totally see that happening in the future. That is true, however, without giving too much away, collaborations between companies seem to be quite the norm in recent times, even between competition, such as Capcom and Namco when they released Street Fighter x Tekken, or even way back in the 90s when DC Comics and Marvel crossed over. However, some of you might be saying that Nickelodeon would never give CN a leg up by featuring one of their most popular characters on their roster. However, for those of you who may not know the whole story, Adventure Time actually started out as a pilot on Nickelodeon, which then moved on to great success on Cartoon Network.
